PHOENIX group and INSIGHT Health invited to the 1st HEALTHCARE EXECUTIVE FORUM in Deidesheim, Germany
The Digital Age offers many opportunities to engage with patients more directly. Pharmacies play an important role in this interaction, as patients need advice and guidance. That is the result of several studies presented by Dr. Angela Coulter, a UK-based health policy analyst and researcher, with special interests in patient and public involvement, at the 1st HEALTHCARE EXECUTIVE FORUM organised by PHOENIX group and INSIGHT Health on 24th and 25th January 2019 in Deidesheim.
Executives from several industry partners participated in the event that took place at an old winery in Deidesheim, Germany. The main focus was on "Patient Centricity in the Digital Age", and in this context, the participants debated the development of joint programs to better serve patients in Europe.
"To me, the most important topic is to talk in a very pragmatic way about how to put patient adherence into practise. PHOENIX is offering a lot of services referring this subject, and I am really looking forward to finding solutions on behalf of our patients." – Frank Große-Natrop, Board Member, PHOENIX Group
"We as healthcare professionals should come up with solutions for the patients and be more proactive in this area using all of our modern digitalisation tools." – Stefan Jung, Head of Corporate Pharma Services & Sourcing, PHOENIX group
"I am a strong believer that in our digital environment we need to engage in connecting the dots even better than we are currently doing and drive partnerships. In this complex environment, partnerships are crucial, and this event allows us take our partnerships to the next level." – Jan Tangermann, Head Sales & Commercial Excellence, Sandoz
